Before you book
Pricing is quoted per booking rather than fixed, because the menu, guest count and location all move the number. Send an enquiry and you will have a full quote back within a day, with no obligation.
The twelve-course menu is designed for two to twelve guests. Larger tables are possible with additional service staff, quoted separately.
We cook throughout Salt Lake City and the surrounding valley, including Park City and the canyons, at no extra charge. Dinners further out are quoted individually.
Counter space, a sink, and a working oven and hob. Everything else – knives, equipment, plateware, linens and all produce – arrives with us.
Two to four weeks is typical, and longer through the holiday season. Shorter notice is sometimes possible depending on the week.
Yes, and it shapes the menu from the start rather than being worked around at the end. Vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal menus are all built to the same twelve-course standard.
Beverages are not included, which keeps the cost down and lets you drink from your own cellar. If you would like pairing suggestions for each course, we are glad to write them.
